I just installed Evaer software (free trial) - I followed the steps but unsure where to go from here. I have idea if this "switching" and "freezing" is happening during recording or play back. Sure enough, after about a minute or two, the two sides switched - I went from the left to the right and the other person took my side of the screen. I decided to watch the playback of another earlier recording. After another minute, I appeared in both sides and the other person couldn't be seen the entire remaining time.ĭuring the payback, the left side - me - froze completely and the right side of the playback continued showing only me. Then, the two sides suddenly switched places - me on the right and the other person on the left. On playback, it was the same as above for about one minute. Today, I recorded a 60 minute skype session. In the past, my side of the recording during playback was on the left side while the other person appeared on the right.

So if i asked a question on the recording like "Please can you explain to me how your day has been", on the video it plays as "Please can you has been" The video i recorded is jumping when I play it.

How to get a receipt or invoice for the purchased Evaer license? I purchased the license via Paypal but how can I get the license code? Is there anyway to correct this so they match, both on a call I already recorded, and so this doesn't happen on future call? It makes watching the recording VERY annoying! Why is there a delay/mismatch of about 5 seconds between hearing a voice on a video call I recorded, and then seeng that portion of the video on the screen when I play back a recording I made? For example, when I hear one of us on either side of the call speak a word or sentence, I don't see that person speaking those words/sentences until at least 5 seconds later (timing of the video and audio playback is not matching).
